General Jonathan P. Hawkins
Assistant to the Secretary of Defense (Mutant Affairs)
Acting Director, Bureau of Mutant Affairs
As the Assistant to the Secretary of Defense (Mutant Affairs), General Hawkins is the principal staff assistant and advisor to the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Defense and the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Technology (USD(A&T)) for all matters concerning the formulation of policy and plans for paranormal beings and events. The ATSD(MA) also is directly responsible to the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Defense for matters associated with paranormal safety and security, paranormal defense programs, and paranormal research.
Also, as Acting Director of the Bureau of Mutant Affairs, General Hawkins organizes, directs and manages BOMA in accomplishing the Bureau's assigned missions. General Hawkins holds the position of Acting Director in stewardship until a suitable candidate for the position of Director is designated by the Secretary of Defense.

Sergeant James "Zip" Sczscpkowski is responsible for training BOMA's metahuman operatives in modern close-combat techniques. He hold ranks in Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, and Judo, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
